How to choose your flange size?
A comfortable fit is your nipple measurement + 2- 4mm. For example:
- If your nipple is 15mm, we recommend either a 17mm or 19mm flange insert.
- If your nipple is 20mm, we recommend the 24mm flange insert.
- If your nipple is 23mm, we recommend the 27mm flange insert.

Care Instructions:
- Rinse thoroughly with cool water to remove milk residue after each use.
- Wash with warm, soapy water using a bottle brush, scrubbing all parts including the teat and cap.
- Rinse again to remove soap residue and allow the bottle to air dry on a clean surface, or place them in a bottle rack to dry. Do not use a towel to dry the bottles, as they may harbour bacteria.
- It is recommended to sterilise the baby milk bottles before each use.
- Sterilise before each use for optimal hygiene.
